More than a CEO

Jason was born and raised in Fresno, California. When he was younger he thought his hometown was his world. It wasn’t until 1995, 3 months after graduating high school, he jumped on a 747 jumbo jet (for the first time in his life) and went to live in Brazil. It was there his eyes opened up and he realized the world is a lot bigger than Fresno.

After mastering the Portuguese language and making friendships for life he came back home and attended Santa Clara University earning a degree in Economics. He went on to earn a Management Development for Entrepreneurs degree from UCLA.

Jason doesn’t consider himself a ‘designer’ but rather a facilitator of ideas. He’s learned, early on, to build a company one must hire people smarter than him.

A different point of view

Jason’s experience of the world differs from most. He finds opportunities where others can’t see it and he understands how attitude, culture, background, and timing can become beautiful things.

Growing up with Mexican roots and American Values Jason understands what it’s like to walk both sides of the line. He uses this experience to guide his team, and consult his clients on the best ways to approach their marketing and design.

Serving as the chairman and President of the Greater San Jose Hispanic Chamber of Commerce allowed Jason to meet other community leaders while at the same time being met. His passion for community assistance, organizing, and consulting runs deep. And as a father of 2 daughters, he understands the power of community and empowerment.

His favorite motto is “Don’t give hand-outs but rather Hand-Ups.”
