More than a Creative Director
Leo graduated in Industrial Design in 2000, in Brazil, and with over 20 years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, and Creative Direction. He was an important mentor for our company, encouraging the construction and direction of our foundations.
Even before moving to America in 2015 to take over the leadership of our Design team, Leo was supporting as a creative collaborator for our company, having participated in many projects over the years.
His experience in the operational field and his privileged strategy view makes Leo an outstanding professional who can work at every stage of the creative process. Including, in some cases, as an account executive with some clients in Brazil and the USA.

Leo has extraordinary design skills. He can quickly adapt to many different market segments without losing quality and technique: Corporate, Sports, Promotional, Apparel, Nourishment. From popular to sophisticate. Also, he has a broad understanding of Brazilian, Latin and North-American culture, becoming unique in his role.
More than a leader, Leo is an encourager and visionary. His belief inspires our team to strive to be the best version of themselves every day. Small and large companies have entrusted the Copa their projects thanks to the quality of our Design, signed by Leo.
Our multi-tasking Creative Director is a talented writer who has written and published his first book called “A Bird’s-Eye View" in 2020. Also, he’s working on a collection of short stories called “12”, "The Postman" and the sequence of “A Bird’s-Eye View”.
